Casing, base, and quarter-round—repair or replacement

Built-in shelving, mantels, and millwork that should read as part of the room
Localized sheetrock prep: floated, sanded, and primed—painted when that finish is in scope

Touch-up and room-level painting are included. Large-scale or whole-exterior painting is not. When the wall needs patches or texture first, we coordinate with drywall repair so trim and paint schedules line up.

Common Problems / When to Call

Trim won’t meet cleanly. Gaps at joints, casing pulling away, or base that doesn’t sit flat to the floor.
You’re refreshing a room. New crown or built-ins need to align with existing paint lines and flooring.
Wall prep has to hold up to photos. Patches that telegraph under raking light—or before a listing.
The scope needs alignment first. Low-bid “fix anything” lists and rushed joints aren’t a fit—we’ll say so.
